Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 Redesign, Specs, Pricing – The New 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor is a scaled-down version of the high-flying, velocity-defying F-150 Raptor. The Ranger will share the same flared fenders, robust tires, increased ground clearance, and distinctive grille as its larger sibling. The Raptor version of the Ranger will share the same boxed ladder frame as the standard Ranger, but it will feature a longer travel suspension for soaring over jumps and a more powerful engine for speedier desert runs. The Ford will come in only one configuration: a crew cab joined to a 5-foot cargo box. The interior design should stand out from the crowd with unique touches and a fully-loaded entertainment system.
After the worldwide debut of the Ranger Raptor, Ford officially announced that the vehicle would be available for sale in the United States. Before the announcement, we saw spy images of its testing, including a disguised prototype of the next-generation Ranger. By next year, dealers in your area will be selling the Raptor variant.
Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 Redesign
The Ranger Raptor has arrived and looks as fierce as it performs. The Raptor has wide, meaty fender flares, a unique front fascia with large, prominent FORD branding, and a higher ride height to accommodate the additional width. The headlight clusters are still in the familiar C form found on the regular Ranger, but the design has been expanded to cover a wider frontal area. The tires are beefy BFGoodrich all-terrain KO2 things, despite the short 17-inch wheels. There will only be a crew cab version of the Raptor, and it will come with a bevy of Raptor decals for individuals who want to draw attention to themselves despite the enormous 2.3 mm thick front bash plate. At the back of the car, you can see the unique dual exhaust pipes and the large Raptor logo.
Ford’s Velocity Blue and Antimatter Blue paint hues, along with other colorful Ford tones like Code Orange, are expected to serve as hallmark colors for the upcoming Ranger Raptor. As the halo color for this model, the announcement included a truck in what we can only assume is Rapid Red. Although categorized as a midsize truck, the Ranger Raptor will be considerably bigger than its competitors. The Ranger Raptor will be built on a longer wheelbase and wider track than the existing Ranger. Thus its outward proportions will grow even more. We predict a wider body by a few inches, probably about 80 inches, to fit a track that will be enlarged by several inches, but the measurements have not yet been verified. The wheelbase will remain around the same, at around 129 inches. Because of the longer stroke of the long-travel shocks, the significant difference will be in the vehicle’s ride height.
The interior of the Raptorized Ranger will differ slightly from the standard model. Although harsh plastics and certain rubberized materials are still prevalent, Ford spruces up the inside with unique features. Overseas models have luxurious leather, microsuede upholstery, and front seats with extra bolstering. In complement to a set of aluminum paddle shifters, the steering wheel should feature a red band around the midnight position to emphasize its focus on performance. Dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, remote start, and more are all features that we expect will be available as standard or upgradeable options on this truck. The only Ranger Raptor option will probably be a crew cab with a 5-foot cargo bed.
It is anticipated that all Ranger Raptor models would come standard with Ford’s Sync 3 infotainment system and an 8.0-inch touchscreen. This would make the Wi-Fi hotspot available via subscription, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The widebody Ranger is expected to have multiple charging ports and optional features like built-in navigation and a Bang & Olufsen audio system with 12 speakers.
A 3.0-liter V-6 with twin turbochargers is expected to produce 392 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque in the 2024 Ranger Raptor. However, there is a possibility that those numbers differ somewhat from the U.S. version. Standard four-wheel drive with locking front and rear differentials and a ten-speed automatic transmission are virtually identical to those in the Ford Bronco Raptor. The Raptor will have a firmer suspension and more rugged off-road gear than its predecessor, which was more fundamental. It includes wider front and rear tracks, bigger tires, and a higher ride height to increase ground clearance.
As of yet, Ford has not disclosed the Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 MPG rating. We will revise this report once they do. Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 Release Date and Price
Ford has announced that the Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 would be more expensive than the standard Ranger. Ford CEO Jim Farley only confirmed that the Ranger Raptor would be available in the United States in 2024, even though it was teased alongside the global debut of the new Ranger pickup truck. We wouldn’t be surprised if it cost as much as $60,000, considering the Bronco Raptor’s starting price of $60,000. Several publications have put the starting MSRP at $52,500.
