Its stunning exterior appearance is both a tribute to the legendary GT40 race vehicle that dominated Le Mans in the 1960s and a showcase for Ford’s superior design and engineering capabilities. The Ford F-150 also boasts a 3.5-liter V-6 with twin turbochargers, but it doesn’t produce 660 horsepower or howl like a pack of devils when pushed to its limits. It would help if you did so on a racetrack for safety and to fully appreciate the GT’s unrelenting acceleration, vivid steering, and tenacious carbon-ceramic brakes. Interior
Similarly striking, but for a different purpose, is the interior: It’s fundamental and driver-focused, with practically every control limited to the race-car-inspired steering wheel. Engine
In 2024, Ford will keep using the same 3.5L twin-turbo V6 engine seen in the 650-horsepower Mustang GT. Just so nobody gets too worked up, we’ll admit that the Ford GT’s unique V6 is underpowered compared to the high-revving, massive-displacement engines with eight or more cylinders. There is no comparison between the 2021 McLaren 720S and the Ford GT regarding speed or power. When contrasted to the extremely rare GT, it is more accessible.
On the other hand, the Lamborghini Aventador is a classic supercar with jaw-dropping acceleration, all-wheel-drive confidence, and the ability to effortlessly glide around bends and eat up the competition on straightaways. Among them, though, the Ferrari is the most exciting. The Ferrari F8 Tributo has more power and costs less than the Ford GT, which is crazy expensive. It can go from 0 – 60 mph in 2.9 seconds.
